Hinge Joint
Bull Barn Fence’s Hinge Joint is a tried-and-true field fence that flexes to accommodate hilly terrain or animal pressures, holding up without sagging. Graduated spacing keeps horizontal lines closer together at the bottom, which deters small animals from crawling under or through. The spacing is further apart at the top. Deep tension curves allow for a deep stretch that flexes over hills and valleys. This durable fence has a twenty-year warranty. Keep deer and predatory animals out; keep farm and ranch animals safely in.

How to Read Bull Barn Fence Item Numbers
HJ10/47/6 330’
HJ - Hinge Joint (Abbreviation of Knot)
10 - Number of horizontal line wires
47 - Height of fence in inches
6 - Spacing of vertical wires in inches
330’ - Length of roll in feet
HJ 10/47/6 is made with different wire configurations. Departments of Transportation traditionally required a thicker gauge wire on the top and bottom. We make HJ10/47/6 with 12.5-gauge filler and 11-gauge top and bottom wire with both our high tensile, which has a tensile strength of 1300 PSI, and with Low Carbon, with a lower breaking strength. Low Carbon fence has the advantage of being lighter and easier to handle, but does elongate over time. Both types of wire feature Class 3 galvanization which will last 2.5 times longer than zinc coated wire. Additionally, we offer HJ10/47/6 in popular 14-gauge wire.
Longevity.
Made from the highest quality Class 3 Galvanized wire.
Stability.
Deeper tension curves on the line wires provide a more consistent and longer lasting stretch on the finished fence.
Low-Maintenance.
Saving time and money.
Strength.
High-tensile wires and stronger knots make Bull Barn fence hold up better to withstand more pressure from livestock
